Advanced user of Prism by Prism SkylabsPrism lets you draw virtual trip wires on your camera views, which allows you to count people passing over them. This gives a baseline for customer traffic. They also generate traffic heat maps, so you can see traffic patterns, bottlenecks, and even what products are being touched the most. Good for testing and optimizing layout.
I think they could do a better job of making their interface intuitive, and teaching people where to look, and how to use the data.
Our retail store is able to get a baseline for traffic into the store, so they can generate ongoing revenue/customer data.
