What do you like best?

I really liked that it had both accounts receivable and accounts payable all in one place. I was able to do all my invoicing in printstream, and I could also run reports, and do all the cash posting there as well. It was great to only have to learn one application for my job.

What do you dislike?

Some things were inconsistent. For exampme, when I was billing I could usually tab to get from one cell to the next. However, randomly some cells would not move when tab was clicked. Addifionally, I would have liked more search options such as to be able to search a customer's aging by different criteria.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Printstream has made all of our invoices look super uniform and clean. It has given us the ability to track the outstanding debt of different customer's and it gave us the ability to run different reports that show how much a client is benefitting the company. Also, since the cash postibg, accounts receivable and accounts payable applications were all found in Printstream, this helped us bring our month end close from 30 days down to 10.
