What do you like best?

More than a printing software, it is a software for controlling printing costs, and the truth is that it does it very well. Manage printing costs, make reports on future costs, give advice on how to do it, ... is quite complete.

What do you dislike?

I think the way they sell it is not the best. Its support is somewhat deficient and above all the website selling the product is horrifying. I think they should focus on small-medium-sized companies ...

What has been said, that they modify the website and that they focus on selling for medium or small businesses. And to improve the support please.
