Decent HSA Portal, Improvement Needed
What do you like best?
The platform is easy to use, and I appreciate that they have a mobile application as well. Communication settings are fairly customizable, and their email reminders for deposits and changes are frequent. Every time I have contacted their customer service, the agents have been prompt and helpful. I have had no issues canceling and replacing a lost HSA card, and their transaction log and searchable catalogues make the spending and reimbursement tracking process easy.
What do you dislike?
Although easy to use, their web portal and mobile app lack depth to make them sufficiently useful. I have had issues accessing proper functionality (such as finding beneficiary forms), and seemingly simple tasks like contacting the HSA administrator is frustratingly difficult to pull off.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
They are the broker for our HSA administration (although they don't actually hold the funds, which are with a bank and can cause issues). They provide a nice point of contact for responsive customer service that would not be accessible through the bank alone. They also provide a debit card for HSA usage that is very helpful.
