Advanced user of Primavera Submittal Exchange Cloud ServiceIt is a great way to manage project submittals to project documents all in one. Anywhere from RFI's to uploading photos and project meetings. It is a great way to keep everyone on the team in tabs of what is going on with submittals or sending out reminders of what still needs to be submitted.
I have seen where if it still keeps sending out daily reminders to personal, on what still needs to be submitted even though it is submitted already. It creates some confusion.
It is a great way to streamline your schedule on your projects, any where from posting progress meetings or taking daily progress photos onsite.
It helps eliminate papers and lots of emails and wasted time spent on the phone. We have been able to cut our design time down about 20% on projects.
