Necessary Solution for Branded Content Measurement
What do you like best?
While other analytics products will try to adhere to a one-size-fits-all solution (that you often find yourself "hacking" your way through to produce desired results), Pressboard's modular design and custom elements provide our team with ample freedom to structure our dashboards as WE need them, and take back control of our branded content reporting.
They have a fantastic team that is incredibly responsive to feedback and feature requests, and are quick to update their platform to further accommodate our ever-evolving measurement needs.
What do you dislike?
There are several social platforms that are still not yet supported. Though I know many integrations are on the 2021 roadmap, it would be undoubtedly helpful for our team if we could eventually measure posts and ads from TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat - allowing Pressboard to become the one-stop-shop measurement solution we would love to see it become.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Pressboard's customization options have been a huge help in ensuring our measurement remains organized, even as the campaigns themselves become larger and more intricate as a result. The ability to provide custom naming and notes to Stories for example, though simple as a feature, ensures we can label new uploads exactly as they are detailed on our media plans, avoiding any discrepancies between stakeholders. This, combined with the ability to track delivery relative to a key performance goal, provides a level of transparency and authority across users that ensures campaigns always deliver in full and on-time.
