Preparis is the best!

What do you like best?

I love preparis so much. It works so well and provides me with all my incident management needs. If I need to send a message it is super easy and there are so many training resources available for my team.

What do you dislike?

There are a lot of different tools within the portal and sometimes I wish there were better explanations around the different fields. Sometimes there are so many and I do not what goes where

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving all my incident management needs in one clouyd based portal so my job has become so much easier
