We are working closely together on continuously improving the solution with new, innovative features, and we consider them a lot more like a part of our team rather than just software providers.
The only thing I would dislike is if our competitors used their solution. But aside from the joke, there's nothing I could change with our cooperation. The implementation had a few challenges, but only because they wanted to provide a solution that met our unique needs, and afterwards, the results spoke for themselves. I'm 100% sure that neither an off-the-shelf solution nor an in-house search team could come even close to the quality of the search engine Prefixbox provides us with.
We have started with their Autocomplete solution and soon we have been using their complete product portfolio, because it provides an amazing search experience for our shoppers, that results in increased cart value, improved conversion rate and more sales.
