It gives the option of downloading to the employees of the company that have permissions the options of seeing and modifying a created template to adapt it to its purposes, such as envelopes, formal writings, contracts, invoices, ... an endless number of templates . But the thing is that we only export to a few formats (pdf, doc and little ms). Its support is excellent and its price very competitive
Few export functions of files. Everything has been managed from the application, and that some companies can give the feeling that without this application you can not work and more if we take into account that it can not be clustered. That is today something they should work hard.
Even though I do not think it's a good use (as of today) its way of managing templates, its interface and its desire to work (patent on its telephone support) I think that in a few years it will be a very good option. I think now they have to improve, but they are on the right track.
