What do you like best?

The best part about PredictionBuilder is how customizable the software is, even for someone like myself who doesn't have a background in development. No matter what your business processes are, PredictionBuilder has a way to morph into exactly what your organization needs.

What do you dislike?

As with most software companies they are quite good at taking user's suggestions and implementing them.

It manages our whole sales process and leads.

I would recommend that like all technology decisions, objectively define your requirements first before going shopping and compare other options.
