What do you like best?

Practice studios allows me to easily and efficiently access patient medical charts, along with their insurance info payment history, etc. Every page is clearly marked and is easy to understand. Plus, the software has a feature that allows me to create reminders for myself and fellow coworkers, which is very helpful.

What do you dislike?

Occasionally, the software has a few bugs. For example, there are a few pages where I cannot select a button; the software refuses. But it's not consistent, sometimes I can use the buttons, sometimes i can't. However, there are typically ways around the issue, so it doesn't impede my work.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use practice studio in a medical office to provide great skin care to patients. The major benefit of the software is the ability to easily access patient medical history and files, which is extremely helpful when working with patient EOB's and insurance issues.
