What do you like best?
The ability to submit ad-hoc press releases at any time and have them published to PR Newswire and be syndicated to 100+ publications is worth five times the cost.
The customer service is really impressive as well. I recently had to rescind a release before it was scheduled for distribution. The team at PR Underground promptly resolved my concerns, held the release, and was gracious when it was time to go to press -- updating the release quickly.
What do you dislike?
The interface has a slightly dated feel. But I'm not paying for a pretty UI. I want results, and PR Underground delivers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give PR Underground a try before you sign up for a more expensive distribution service. Also, remember that garnering media attention usually happens through 1-1 outreach with journalists. Publishing to the wire is a good way to garner syndication, but PR still involves work. Always has. Always will.
