Advanced user of POWRn/a - I only used their price tables. I did not have a good experience with using them.
Their price tables did not work well on my website.
DO NOT USE THEM! I REPEAT! DO NOT USE THEM! I used this company for price tables on my website. I added the price tables to my website but I ended up not using the tables because they did not work well. The information did not display the way I wanted it to. I sent TWO emails to cancel the subscription and they still charged me. I also received TWO emails back from one of their representatives, acknowledging that they got my email but they still charged me.
When I checked into my refund, the only option I had was to send a ticket through their website. They do not advertise a customer service number. My experience with this company has been horrible! DO NOT USE THEM!
