What do you like best?
I am not a fan of standardized tests, so I cannot say I like anything about ETS. The website is easy to navigate, provide useful information and that is pretty much it.
What do you dislike?
It is so expensive that is almost ridiculous. For a computer-based program, they make a lot of money. When I took my GRE exam there were TWO employees working during the entire duration of my exam, and about 8 people taking the test. Paying people' salary does not justify the huge amount of money we pay for each exam.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is a mandatory standardized test to apply for grad school. I don't see any benefit in this kind of test. I wish standardized tests did not exist as it does not proof anything about a student.
