What do you like best?

There is a lot of good information you can get from using power mapper. Using it on smaller sites is pretty manageable. It's really cool how there are so many different options on how to formulate your map - I tended to stick toward the more tree looking type diagrams.

What do you dislike?

but if you use it on a big, corporate site with thousands of pages it can get tripped up pretty easily. I found it crashing if I put too much into it. However, by using the link toolbar at the top I've realized that it is possible to use it effectively if you have a smaller range of sites that you're mapping. It's also kind of hard to share the data with someone else. I found that the best route was sending a zip HTML file, but I'd love for powermapper to build out an easier to share functionality.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was solving the problem of creating a sitemap and giving that to Project Managers so that they can make decisions with it.
