RADE LLC's need for a client portal satisfied by Portal
What do you like best?
The IT help from the company was efficient. The upside to Portal is the simplicity of integration.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing specific to dislike as of now; however, I suggest that the Portal team continue to assess their clients needs on a case by case basis.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
RADE LLC is a testing laboratory required to have a secure, direct, and efficient company to client platform. RADE LLC holds the ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 certificate for Chemical Testing; therefore, all analytical reports are now considered legal documents.
The problem RADE LLC had was securely sending/receiving legal documents and accepting payments for services with a platform that was efficient and simple. Many of the CRM platforms are great, but they are not able to be designed for unique and niche companies.
RADE LLC does not manufacture, provide products, or perform ecommerce. RADE LLC provides a highly specialized service to clients taken on a case by case basis. The realized benefit of Portal is that the company and client can chat directly, and this communication is suitable for audit trails.
