What do you like best?

They have pretty templates, but that's the bad part. You can't use them.

What do you dislike?

They show you lots of fantastic templates already filled out with text and images. The problem is when you select a template, you get a completely blank screen. But it gets worse, sometimes it will be completely blank, sometimes it will have a few of the elements from the template.

When I chatted with their senior support tech, I was told that different templates respond and behave differently. When I explained that I was using the same template on two different tests, and getting a different result, the response was "I'm sorry you're having those issues" and given a link to cancel my trial.

He also said I was the first person who had ever asked why the templates didn't appear in the preview screen the same as they do on the selection screen.

So between the inconsistent product, and lack of decent support, I have to rate this as a "DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME" app.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Keep looking. This is not a very user friendly product.

I was trying to find a pop up generator to replace PopUp Monkey since they went out of business.
