What do you like best?

I like how user friendly Policy Map is. Unlike ArcGIS, it is fairly easy to understand without having to understand the statistics and complex mathematics associated with the data.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that the more complex maps are more expensive. I understand why they cost more, but it would be great if there was a lower cost option with additional tools. $250/month is quite expensive for one person.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need a simple mapping tool, this is perfect. If you need something more complex, you'll either need to look into a more confusing program such as QGIS, or pay more for Policy Map.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been able to detect trends in data points and see the impact certain programs have. It has helped me visualize issues such as poverty, mortality rates, etc.
