What do you like best?
The product as a whole does what we need it to do. Regardless of that fact we have made substantial customizations to the reporting side. Support has been right there with us to get through any issues / upgrades.
What do you dislike?
Some of the menus feel a little clunky. When inputting some documents that we use, and track daily getting them all in requires many clicks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't say enough about their support. We held off on updating for a long period, and they were still willing to update stored procedures they had created for us. They are very very helpful, and knowledgeable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are a design build firm, and have a very large amount of Sub-Contractors that work with us. PMWeb allows us to keep communication lines open by giving our subs access to our system without having to give them access to our network. Its a one stop shop; plans, timelines, submittals they are all available to all who need them.
