What do you like best?

The wide range of tools available for all kinds of integration with other apps.

What do you dislike?

The interface of some tools could be improved. Such as the SMS Sequences Tool: When you set up multiple conditional replies, it's easy to get lost because everything looks the same and merged together. I usually have to go through it multiple times to make sure there are no mistakes. Often times I've mixed up the settings between 2 conditional replies.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try out the basic plan but know that it's a high probability you'll have to upgrade. It's 100% worth every penny.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It aggregates so much value to the Keap apps (in my case Keap Max Classic, FKA Infusionsoft). It's a must-have 3rd party app if you need SMS campaigns, Integrations with Zoom and much more.
