What do you like best?

The player is full of features, the analytics are robust and easy to use, but my favorite aspect of the tool is the team behind it and their commitment to continuously push out new features. They are open to feedback and always willing to help implement their solution.

What do you dislike?

The website UI is a bit clunky when it comes to setting up classes etc. I have continued to see improvement in this area over the last year or two. The company is open to feedback and I've seen them implement several of my suggestions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do your due diligence and really kick the tires. Don't be dissuaded by a learning curve for with UI as the product works once you grasp how it's set up.
