Very Powerful and easy to use functional CRM
What do you like best?
-The straightforward UI and the fact that it is highly customizable.
-Pipedrive is very versatile when it comes to third-party integrations; we have it integrated with Slack, LinkedIn, and some other platforms.
-Allows sending Emails directly from the platform.
-The pipeline is very cool with drag and drop option
-Dashboard helps you keep track of everything that you need as a sales/marketing personnel.
-Almost all the repetitive admin processes can be automated using this tool.
-Reports also are an excellent way for performance assessment and management.
What do you dislike?
-Hangs while processing large volumes of data.
-No- built-in marketing and contract management tools.
-Email management linked to contacts is not very smooth.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Pipedrive saves a lot of money for us. We are now spending 1/8th of what we used to do earlier on professional CRM.
Pipedrive is used by our sales and marketing teams. We use it for managing inbounds leads and also streamlining the outbound process.
Pipedrive has been instrumental in driving many deals to closure as it allows you to keep a constant eye on what is happening with the sales.
