Actually provided more than I expected

What do you like best?

I was impressed with the speed at which I received the responses. I liked that I was able to live track the results as they came in too. Initially I was sceptical on who the respondent audience would be ie. Would it be accurate? The first test I did was a 4-up existing package design comparison and I was impressed to find that the results replicated other market tests, and aligned with sales data (clickthrough and conversion based). The surprise for me was how many of the respondents (almost all of them) wrote comments that were thorough and insightful, this providing insights that beyond just yes/no or like/dislike.

What do you dislike?

I found the pricing structure to be fine and realize that respondents are paid, likely the reason for quality respondents. What I didn't like was how quickly the price shot up once I started to add audience filters. I get that the base audience is likely the "break-even anchor product" and the filters are the "accessories", but it would be easy to spend more on the filters than the base test. I would still be willing to pay a little extra for the filters, just less than it currently is. The way they have it now, I added no filters, so they made no extra money off me and my servey was slightly less useful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solves the problem of internal indecision on product color-ways and aesthetic design.
