What do you like best?

The all in one feel. I was looking for a "hub" for people to feel like they belong to something bigger, and Pheedloop delivers on the feel, aspects and technical features of delivering this experience. It is also very easy to use when setting up, compared to other platforms I used, which there tend to be steep learning curves.

What do you dislike?

Costs, much with any virtual event or platform, can get quite expensive, but they do give you ways to work around costs. For example, while you do pay for registration credits and then viewing credits, you can integrate a 3rd party platform at no cost and don't need to buy the credits.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My single most significant problem was tackling technical issues of using apps and downloads and facilitating a meaningful, wholesome experience. Because Pheedloop's hub is browser-based, I loved it! I wanted to eliminate the need to have anyone have more than 1 window open to watch and interact. I didn't want apps for people to update or download, and Pheedloop delivers on a simple, easy viewing experience designed to make you feel like you belong to something bigger.
