Penelope is an online data capture system that helps employees to keep digital records.
What do you like best?
The most helpful thing about Penelope is that employees are able to keep track of their client files digitally, as well as plan and write case reports.
What do you dislike?
The least helpful thing about Penelope is that it frequently crashes, and so employees are left with no way of completing necessary data capture or quality assurance work, such as plans or reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Penelope can be a great and secure way to use data capture, but it is worth considering if there are other data capture programs that are more consistently reliable.
