What do you like best?

PDFtoTxt makes it super easy to convert my documents, and is very smart and efficient when scanning the document encodings. It is also free, which is a huge bonus!

What do you dislike?

Once in a while certain fonts will not be recognizable, but this rarely occurs (at least with the regular fonts we us). I wish the system would save my documents, but after an hour they are gone from the site. I have to remember to save out each document - but this is an easy fix on my part.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need a one-time converter, or plan on using this kind of thing long-term (simply not for storage but for converting), then this is perfect for you and your company! You will not be able to store your finished documents on this system, so be sure to save them out in a place you will remember. All in all, it gets the job done and is a free solution!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to convert our documents much more quickly, and can ensure that the formatting is the same as what we would like it to be. It's nice to find something that we don't have to pay regularly, or at all, for!
