What do you like best?

I absolutely love that no matter what bank or credit card statement I am sent by my clients, I can easily convert it to the qbo I need to import

What do you dislike?

I have yet to find anything that I dislike about this product. Most things can be fine tuned in settings

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problem solved is being able to get qbo's for easy importing when access to client accounts is unavailable
