What do you like best?

It is not difficult to use, it has a fairly simple interface, with tutorials that present all the characteristics of the product. I can convert my banking transactions files to XLS, XLSX, CSV Quickbooks and more quickly. I like how PDF2CSV understands transaction files and adapts them to a specific template. I can enter the year if it is not within the PDF and also allows me to select between two parser within the software. The customer support offered by Propersoft is quite acceptable and answers many concerns.

What do you dislike?

It is a software very limited only to banking activity and has few parsing methods, so it may not work for a large number of cases or some incompatibilities may arise.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is software that I consider a bit expensive for the service offered. I suggest first exploring all market options before using this. I would recommend it for accounting activities in small and medium companies.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

PDF2CSV has presented a very good compatibility with Quickbooks Online, Xero and Quicken for Mac. It is a tool that has been very helpful for accounting activities.
