What do you like best?
The ability to take credit cards anywhere you have an internet connection

the dice connection can be a challenge to keep it plugged in
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My sales have gone up greatly being able to accept cards and the rate is great. Again, the reader can fall out easily during a swipe.
