What do you like best?
I really like the he's a processing payments through QuickBooks by either using a customer's credit card or checking account. The funds are immediately authorized when you process the payment. It's convenience for our company to use for payments.
What do you dislike?
I don't like the authorization, because it takes a few days for it to physically be funded. Even though the money is authorized that doesn't mean it will be funded to us. Sometimes the payment is disputed by the customer and therefore we don't get our money. I think the payment should be funded immediately after you process it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problem is that we are solving is quicker and faster payments being received and not having to wait for a check to clear through our bank 5-7 days later
