There are not all features like Zoho or salesforce platform

What do you like best?

salesforce is something more preferred, and also ZOHO is user friendly there are a huge number of company that are a competitor

What do you dislike?

Paybooks is user friendly but not truly upgraded and up to mark

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are more advanced platforms that are available outside

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My logins are not captured on Laptop most of the time , the team is pretty good on reverting any issues immediately , but the login issues persists
