What do you like best?

I like that if I have an issue and their customer support team can't help me with it that they immediately coordinate with their developers to figure out why the issue is coming up and how it can be fixed! They are always open to hear your thoughts and suggestions.

What do you dislike?

There are a few features of the software that glitch more often than I would like but to be honest, it's usually an easy fix so it's not anything too serious to complain about. One particular issue is that the Facebook marketplace tool doesn't directly link itself so you will still have to post listings on Facebook manually.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely a great software to use because you are in control of how the software works for you! As the software grows more marketplaces will be available to post listings on so that will definitely be a plus as well!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The fact that I can go in and post listings to Ebay and Amazon all in one place has definitely been one of the greatest benefits
