What do you like best?

Coming from a Design Studio, the tool is intuitive, super easy to use and functional making time to get onboarded negligible. The biggest advantage is its niche in helping companies manage leave records without any challenges.

What do you dislike?

The advantage & disadvantage will be the niche Pause offers. That would demand companies to use multiple tools for every activity.
