PatientPop has great fast customer service and a clean beautiful platform for websites.
What do you like best?
I love that platform that patientpop uses to create their websites. Some websites you dont even want to look through because they dont look clean or there are no clear fields to get the information you are looking for.
What do you dislike?
I honestly dont have anything thing right now that I really dislike about patientpop. I did have maybe 2 times that i requested a update on our website and they stated that it weas taken care of but it never showed up. Im not sure if that is a technical issues though.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are utilizing the appointment request online to help with the flood of calls at the front desk and also put our MediSpa promotions on there to help with advertising.
