What do you like best?
Their system couldn't be easier to use. Our presenters find it very easy, our attendees find it easy to access, and as a company that needs to facilitate both we find it easy to explain. We added additional educational modules to online webinars, and it again was easy to integrate into our existing systems and create customizatio.
What do you dislike?
Due to our integrations, sometimes it takes the support team extra time to review an issue. We have both education and webinars on our platform, and if there is an issue with only one of these, it can be confusing for support who may not realize that the two are not entirely connected.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to customize our online education programming has been a huge benefit to using Path.
