There is a bit of a learning curve, but it's helpful once you've acclimated. We made sure to check in as we first started using the software to ensure that no errors had been made. Now our entire team is trained to use it and feels much more comfortable allowing the software to input such important and sensitive information.
Passkey allows us to automate hotel room entry, which saves us time and allows us to spend that time interfacing with attendees and planning other aspects of our events.
