What do you like best?
the ease of use from a consumer standpoint- navigation is simple and can be customized for each location nationally
The support at PCC is great- training, questions, new features- they are quick to respond and take the time to make sure their users understand everything their software has to offer
What do you dislike?
some technology was not available when we initially launched so we have grown as PCC has grown - initial set up to customize was a long process but once it is running is much easier to make small updates/changes
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
People are busy and tend to go online first before calling our centers- this platform allows our guests to book their event right from our website at the time that is most convenient for them- we are then able to follow up with more information and answer any questions once we know the guest's choices- online booking with PCC has greatly improved our "upsells" because the guest is making those choices independently with out feeling like they are being sold additional products etc
