What do you like best?

Packet helps us to navigate through complicated contracts. Choose from our shipping network and shop every major parcel, freight, LTL, and 3PL carrier from one screen. It reduces time spent in the warehouse shopping LTL rates and ensures we get a competitive price each time.

What do you dislike?

Being that we don't use an off-the-shelf ERP and have a very custom ERP solution, Pacejet was not plug and play for us. It has been a challenge to implement and support from Pacejet was limited.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Each time we need a freight or LTL shipment we would either accept the price from our most used vendor or have to spend time shopping. This wasted valuable warehouse resources and added unnecessary costs to our operations. While LTL is our largest opportunity for cost reductions we can see a future where small parcel can be better utilized as well.
