What do you like best?
Orion ERP is a great tool to manage resource planning and it has equipped us with business management like Human resource management and also with inventory management. Its dashboard is very flexible and assists us a lot in finding and searching for things. Features like CRM is also very useful in managing customer relationships with it. The analytical part is also our beloved. By the grace of it, we are able to take control over billings and the processing of the files. Its financial management feature has made us able to manage all the important tasks with just a single click. It possesses a distinct kind of features to facilitate enterprise resource planning and make our work easier for us.
What do you dislike?
We were having the problem in its deployment and to get it solved we tried to contact its team that was quite unresponsive and very rude. So according to us, they should work on their technical team too.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Orion ERP is a great tool for managing enterprise resource planning. We highly adore its dashboard in which finding things is not a big deal. It has many important features like CRM and reporting. Financial management inventory management and order management are a few of its main features that made our work manageable and less hectic now. Its technical team is very rough and they should work on them and its navigation should be made smooth.
