One-click HubSpot CRM integration leads to recurring billing automation
What do you like best?
We use HubSpot Sales to capture contract details during our sales process. After a deal is closed, the information syncs to the Ordway platform and we can immediately send an accurate first invoice to the new customer. All the double entry and spreadsheet work we had in the past is gone. We've saved countless hours as our business continues to scale. In fact, the platform is reducing the need for a formal deal desk and we can focus our energy on more important things.
What do you dislike?
It's not a dislike, but we are still evaluating whether we will use Ordway's quotes feature or stay with PandaDoc.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Pre-Ordway, one of the main issues we were having was the inability to structure customer contracts and the associated billing with how the customer wanted to consume the product. Our customers are large organizations with certain processes or certain ways of buying. We always felt we were trying to fit a square peg in a round hole and having to bend the buying process to satisfy the billing system. Now, we are able to accommodate unique contracts and also make mid-term changes which was impossible before.
