What do you like best?
I like how flexible and customizable it is for us. It'll be easy to set it up on a new ERP system if were to ever change. The cost is great compared to the other EDI systems out there. They just charge for the connections and not by kilocharacter, which saves us a lot of money per year.
What do you dislike?
I do wish they had some of the other features that other EDI systems have such as the ability to create ASN labels. We did also have to have a contractor create a program to go in between Orderful and our ERP system. It would be nice if there were was a better integration there. If Orderful had more full features, we wouldn't need this third-party app in between.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are other EDI systems that can directly integrate with your ERP system, but Orderful is far more flexible and will be easier to move if you ever change your ERP

Our costs our down for EDI because of Orderful. We also now have all of our EDI in one place instead of across several platforms
