What do you like best?

It is a multi-faceted platform and can be utilized for many accounting & company needs. It can be used to look up employee info or track expenses and payments. I have a feeling that there are several faucets of the program that i have yet to discover.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it isn't very user friendly... by this I mean that it can be cumbersome to discern why an error message occurs. I think when an item is identified as not satisfying a program requirement, that it should be easier to figure out what is not correct. There should be options that indicate or help with resolving the issue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
