What do you like best?

it's out of the box seamless integration with with Human Resource application to collect the accurate Labor, its ingratiation with the costing to collect the cost and its integration with Billing to provide the revenue generating transaction and finally with its integration with the GL... also it provide so flexible integration options to adopt simple to complex business process.

What do you dislike?

its out of the box reporting, and capital asset management features are a bit basic... however the product has been improving by the days... and I am sure oracle will address all the short coming of it in near future

Recommendations to others considering the product:

1. Get the Project user community onboard during the selection process very early on

2. Spend good amount of time to clarify the challenges you are trying to solve by using the product that will really help to bring every body on board to adopt the new product.

3. Be ready to spend time/effort to develop good report for the end users and for the upper management

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

we are managing our manufacturing/capital projects

since we have been using the product, the project manage process has been very streamlined .. project manage have more time to focus the Product development rather spending time on the recording information.

The capital cost tracking and reporting has improved tremendously
