What do you like best?
Gave our organizations the ability to deep dive in to customer insights and manage track our org in general. We used it to streamline or id management on configuration environments.
What do you dislike?
Was complicated to use at first but once you get the hang of it it all worked out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to set up the org correctly in the first place. This will save the pain later when you have to go back and start from square one.

Managing complex sales environment for several thousand users. Required us to onboard thousands of agents at one time. This helped us achieve the goal.
