What do you like best?

Oracle MDM has good data modeling capabilities. Some of the other decent features are business process management capability, the match and merge function, the data quality and profiling aspects among other. With many out of the box options being available, it makes Oracle operationally easy to maintain gives more features out of the box, hence minimal customization is required.

What do you dislike?

Wish the oracle support site could provide with more videos to better understanding the product along with documentation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a very simple to use tool especially creating lineage drag and drop is superb.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It caters well for Supplier data, customer data, item data, data relationship management etc.
