Opera Software is one of the best tools for hospitality management; with this software, you can monitor and follow the guest journey from the initial request to the final check out and even after checkout. Also, you can meet and exceed guests' desires and expectations; the software efficiently manages all these features. We were using this system for years and still meet our needs and fulfill guests' requests. The support team is helpful and goes the extra mile for your convenience. Reports in the opera system one of the significant advantages and added value; you can generate whatever information you need to assist in your operation, and also, you can customize notifications if required.
What do you dislike?
The Only issue with the opera system that I had experienced the system in two different countries, and I found support team and prices vary from one country to another.
Even though they provide the same product with the same version, but the overall experience is positive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend using the software for all properties that operate multiple departments to ease and get efficient communication. This Software is also available in a lite version where they limit the features but do not affect the overall operation goals. The use of the lite version is suitable for a small property.
