What do you like best?

This is the best as far as I know. Its user friendly and easy to use. I am working with oracle clinical tools and platform like Inform Clinical. I am very satisfied the updates they are always come up with.

What do you dislike?

As of now i didn't found as much as a clinical trial experienced person. Yes, there are some technical issues going on which is normal in all field.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is the best as far as I know. Its user friendly and easy to use . I am working with oracle clinical tools and platform like Inform Clinical . I am very satisfied with the service they provide and the updates they are always come up with . So I would like to continue with oracle clinical now and as of for future perspective also . I will recommend others also to go by and at least use oracle once in a life time so ht ecan understand the use and benefits of Oracle clinical in daily use . If there are many more inplimentation also like AI and ML or any robotic process implimentation that will be also very good for everyone to use it . User friendly is the main mindsetup now a days . So it will be very good if we receive updates day to day basis atleast people will aware of it and can find the differences in other platform and Oracle platform .
