What do you like best?
Easy to use and user friendly screens . In addition, the Optiyol management team and the software team are easy to communicate, problem-solver and fun to work with. They can complete additional requests in a short time and update both their mobile applications and dashboards.
What do you dislike?
The geocoding part of the software, which pins customers ' addresses on the map, may work more accurately. I would like to point out that the margin of error in the geocoding section is absolutely tolerable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Firstly, we solve the route optimization and vehicle alocation problem of the daily 2000 e-commerce package with using optiyol software. Secondly, we deliver these packages to our customers using their mobile applications. Their mobile app provides opportunities such as taking pictures, getting customer signatures and taking notes.
