What do you like best?

I like the idea of OC. I believe that once we get to know how to use it perfectly then it will be a great tool. Support line is great help.

What do you dislike?

It has a long, hard set up process. Invoicing is difficult to upload from paired partners. And it is not linking to our other program as much as it was promised too.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I believe this product has the potential to be very helpful and once it is set up properly I can see it being very easy to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to solve inventory control, cost controls.
