What do you like best?

I'm really impressed with Optifinow because this service allows you to have all managing platforms in 1. It is very fast and the best feature for me is how easy is to manage the contacts we get from the marketing campaigns for mailing, etc...

What do you dislike?

Really, it is difficult to find something I dislike but I think there would have to be a simple way to share files and documents between other app users from my team. Another thing I don't like is due to there are a lot of features sometimes it is a bit hard to find the concrete functionality I want you use.

Optifinow manage very well all contacts we get, content, resources and this way we can mix them and get a the current status for working in the same direction.
